Community Development Office

The City of Attleboro’s Office of Community Development (OCD) administers the Housing Rehabilitation Programs designed to assist homeowners in their efforts to repair and improve their residential properties throughout the City.

A list of licensed and insured contractors interested in performing housing rehabilitation work is now being updated for use by the OCD. We invite interested Contractors to apply. Minority and Women Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.

Our Mission

The Attleboro Office of Community Development engages residents, non-profit organizations, and the general public in articulating the City's needs and priorities in an effort to revitalize neighborhoods by increasing safe, decent, and affordable housing, stimulating economic development, and supporting programs and services that provide public services. The office implements strategies that effectively use federal resources to help low and moderate income residents attain economic self-sufficiency and achieve their vision of a healthy and viable community.

Our Vision

Our vision is to make Attleboro one of the most livable and affordable communities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts by building a strong, vibrant, community that is as exciting and diverse as the people who live here.
