Zoning Board of Appeals
City Hall and associated city buildings will be closed to the public from 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 25th to 8:30 a.m. Monday, December 7th to limit the spread of COVID-19 following the Thanksgiving holiday.
Staff will be working remotely and ask that any correspondence be submitted electronically (via email or voicemail) to be addressed during that period of time. Mailed documents are of course still welcomed – but email and voicemail are preferred during this period. Thank you and please stay safe during these challenging times.
Until further notice, all public meetings will be held via Zoom. Please see instructions for participation HERE.

About the Board
The Attleboro Zoning Board of Appeals is composed of 3 volunteer members and 2 volunteer associate members who are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the Municipal Council. The Zoning Board of Appeals was established to administer the Zoning Ordinance and the Massachusetts state Zoning Act relative to special permits, variances, and appeals from rulings of the Building Commissioner.
