The City Hall Collector’s Office is responsible for the mailing, collection and processing of all Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes and the collection and processing of Motor Vehicle Excise Taxes. Real Estate and Personal Property taxes are billed quarterly and the due dates are August 1st, November 1st, February 1st and May 1st of any given year.
