All other use groups, new service replacement or installation
 $50 plus 1 percent of cost (per service)
Non-residential annual maintenance permit
 $150 per year
Costs shall include all labor, material and equipment for the contract price. There is a $100 charge for each additional building, not including outside contract or in-house projects over $5,000.
