Access the city's new comprehensive plan that was adopted unanimously by the Municipal Council on June 5, 2012 pursuant to Article 8 of the city's home rule charter.

Moving forward, the Planning Board will update the comprehensive plan and forward recommendations to the Municipal Council to consider for subsequent plan amendments to ensure that our comprehensive plan is current with prevailing socioeconomic, environmental and related conditions.
