[ARCHIVED] Rubbish and recycling delay for the holiday

For Thursday, November 28th, trash and recycling will be delayed by one day for Thanksgiving. Friday's trash and recycling collection will also be delayed, and that day's collection will be held on Saturday, November 30th.
