[ARCHIVED] Rubbish and Recycling delay for holiday

On Thursday, November 26, the rubbish and recycling collection will be delayed by one day for Thanksgiving. Friday's collection will also be delayed by one day. Thursday's collection will be held on Friday and Friday's collection will be held on Saturday.
