Speed limits and stop signs ... why are they posted along the roads? They help regulate traffic, they're for safety. They come attached to laws that when disobeyed carry a financial penalty by way of fines. If "law-abiding" citizens can't be bothered with obeying traffic laws (e.g., stopping at a red light before turning right), then The City of Attleboro should cash in on that! With people driving the correct speeds, that will reduce road noise pollution and improve the quality of life in what would otherwise be a quiet neighborhood.

A memo of sorts should be sent to all restaurants with drive thru windows encouraging them to have garbage cans that customers can drive up to. They should also encourage customers to keep their trash in their vehicles, throw it away at home. There's no reason anyone should feel free to toss their Dunkin coffee cup, sandwich wrappers, Taco Bell box or McDonald's drinking cup out of their window as they drive through our town.

They should also encourage customers to keep their trash in their vehicles, throw it away at home. There's no reason anyone should feel free to toss their Dunkin coffee cup, sandwich wrappers, Taco Bell box or McDonald's drinking cup out of their window as they drive through our town.
